Mona Lisa



Every year since 1988, the Teleperformance Group has conducted its "C.R.M. Grand Prix Customer Service Awards", as a way of measuring standards of service offered by companies over the telephone. In the years since then, it has grown into an increasingly well-known and closely followed event, generating high-profile media coverage and interest in many key sectors of the business community.
This year Mona Lisa had the total organization of the event.
The president of Teleperformance Mr Yannis Tourcomanis awarded the prizes to the following companies: Millenium bank, De Agostini, Marfin Egnatia bank, Multichoice Hellas, Piraeus Bank, Eurobank.
The cocktail party with the delicious food by the "Aria Catering" satisfied all the guests not only because of their great taste but also with its very good service.
Mona Lisa decor decorated the venue with minimal flower-arrangements based on its aesthetic line.
The excellent sound equipment by Podimatas Audio-Visual Company and the very good DJ Henry Biquet succeeded in keeping the guests dancing till the morning.
The success of the event is owed to Mona Lisa's collaborators and to Mr Megalogiannis Panagiotis -sales & marketing director of Teleperformance- co-operation.
